PRICE FURTHER REDUCED This is a neat miniature British naval caronade by long time distinguished miniature collector and maker Dr. General Paul Kopsch. Highly detailed and includes a partial deck and hull. Very detailed mount, deck planking, hull planking, ropes, bore rammer, and gun. The caronade measures 4 5/8" long, 5/8" at the muzzle, and has a .45 caliber bore. The base measures 8 3/8" X 8 7/16" and is about 3 1/4" tall. The gun is of machined brass. The front of the base mounted with a plaque which reads "LA CARONADA INGLESE DA 68 ,, 1776". Dr. Kopsch made this while on active duty in the army. PRICE FURTHER REDUCED This is another miniature caronade by noted collector and miniaturist Dr. General Paul Kopsch. This miniature of a French caronade is also very detailed with partial deck and hull sections. The machined brass barrel measures 4 1/4 long, 1/2" at the muzzle and has a .45 caliber bore. The base is a dark wood, maybe walnut or cherry. The deck and hull showing the planking with brass nails. Nice operational gun port doors with brass hinges and latches. Other details include the functional carriage, restraining ropes, bore rammer, and brass shot. The base measures 8 7/16" X 8 1/2" and the display is about 3 7/16" tall.
