This is a 47% scale miniature Colt Single Action Army Revolver Model 1873 with 5 1/2" barrel. Made by Uberti in Italy. Beautiful hand carved elephant ivory stag grips by master ivory carver Dennis Holland of Texas.  Blue and case colored finish.  Smokeless powder frame.  The caliber marking 45 CAL is stamped on the left rear side of the triggerguard, two patent dates stamped on the left front of the frame. The serial number, 3158, is stamped on the frame, triggerguard, and backstrap. Rifled barrel. Fully functional, but non-firing.

 This is a neat 1/3 scale Remington Elliott 5 shot .22 rim fire ring trigger derringer made by master miniature maker David Kucer of Canada.  1 5/8" long overall with a 1" barrel group.  The barrels are indeed rifled!  All steel parts are finished in the white and the piece is nicely scroll engraved with about 75-80% coverage.  Nice two piece mother of pearl grips.  This is a fixed barrel pepperbox with a rotating firing pin similar to the Sharps 4 barrel derringers.  Fully functional of couorse.  Cases in a neat silver hinged top casing with push button latch.  The interior French fit and lined with a dark red velour.  The botton left front corner of the case hand engraved D. Kucer 11-96.  The top of the case nicely engraved with a leaf border.

This is a 2/5 scale Colt 1851 Navy revolver cased with accessories by master miniature maker David Kucer.  5 3/16" long overall, fully functional.  Blue and case colored finish, one piece ivory grips.  The trigger guard and backstrap made of brass and showing a really nice dark aged patina.  The sides of the hammer and trigger polished bright.  Cased in the original Kucer key lock walnut casing, English fit with burgundy velour lining.  Accessories include a flask with stamped copper sides that are soldered together, with brass top, lever, and spout, and blued spring.  The two legged mold is of brass with a bright steel sprue cutter, and cast both a round and a conical ball.  The lift top cap tin made of stamped copper and has a paper Eley label on top.  The case key is missing.  This exact miniature featured in the January/February 1981 issue of Man at Arms magazine.

This is a beautiful 2/5 scale Colt Single Action Army Flat Top Target Model with 7 1/2" barrel by master miniature maker David Kucer.  5 3/16" long overall with a 3 1/16" long barrel.  Blue and case colored finish, special target sights.  Two piece hard rubber grips with the rampant Colt horse logo.  Blackpowder frame, with round "bullseye" ejector rod button.  The barrel marked with the Colt one line barrel address.  Serial # "11" marked on the bottom of the frame, triggerguard, backstrap, and rear of the cylinder.  "D. Kucer" marked on the bottom of the backstrap.  Fully functional.  Complete with the original Kucer walnut casing with key lock.  The interior French fit with a burgundy velour lining.

This is a neat 1/3 scale Wesson swivel barrel derringer with a sliding dagger in the center of the barrel made by master miniature maker David Kucer.  1 13/16" long overall with 15/16" barrels.  The frame looks to be nickel silver.  The barrel is in the white, has the proper Wesson barrel markings on both barrels, and a cross hatch finish along each side where the dagger blade is housed.  The hammer and trigger also in the white.  Marked by the maker on the frame that would be covered by the top barrel just below the firing pin slot and also marked with the serial number, 7.  Brass blade type front sights.   Dark walnut two piece grips.  Complete with the original Kucer walnut lift top casing, French fit with russett velour lining.  There is a small 1/8" x 1/8" piece missing from the bottom edge of the case top near one of the corners.  This exact miniature featured without the case on page 17 (upper left) of the book "The Art of Miniature Firearms"

 This is a nice 47% Colt 1851 Navy revolver as issued by the United States Historical Society back in the 80's. This miniature is the "Classic Edition" and was made by Uberti under license from Colt for the USHS. 6 1/4" long overall with a 3 1/2" octagon rifled barrel of .17 caliber. The frame, hammer, rammer, and loading lever are case colored. The balance of the steel parts a beautiful charcoal blue. The brass triggerguard, backstrap, and bead front sight are just starting to show a touch of patina. The top of the barrel roll stamped with the Colt barrel address.The front left of the frame marked COLT'S PATENT in two lines. 36 CAL marked at the left rear of the triggerguard. The cylinder roll stamped with the Ormsby naval battle scene. Serial number 159 stamped into the barrel lug, frame, triggerguard, backstrap, and cylinder. Complete with the original USHS mahogany casing with Colt stamped into the front right corner of the top.   French fit with light blue velour lining. Also includes the original cardboard box with cream bottom and brown top, the original miniature Colt factory letter, and the original certificate of Authenticity. It's quite rare to find one of these with the original cardboard box and documentation. Mint new condition. Additional photos available upon request.
