This is a very ornate gem encrusted gold handled knife & fork flintlock pistols combination set by master miniature maker Andrew Dyson. Both the knife and fork are also flintlock pistols shooting out of the handle end. The knife and fork are steel finished in the white.  The handles which incorporate the pistols are very ornate with the barrels protruding from what looks like a lion's mouth.  The handles set with several semi-precious stones with rubies for the lion's eyes.  The very ornate hammers, top jaws, and frizzens are finished in the white.  The screws and springs finished in a very beautiful highly polished fire blue.  The fork measures 5 3/16" long with a 1 1/2" barrel.  The knife measures 5 9/16" long with a 1 1/2" barrel. Truely a masterpiece set!  Additional photos available upon request.
